Road Trip in Style
On August 23, 2019, Mark Golden (Center), Mid-States Utility Trailer’s Parts & Service Director of Operations at the Omaha location, decided he wanted to visit some of his customers, but driving to them in a company vehicle wasn’t enough, he wanted to meet with them in style. So, with one of Mid-States trailer sales representatives, Jeff Klein (Left) went on a cruise across the Omaha, Nebraska area in Mark’s 1967 Cadillac he has been working on for a couple years.
The duo visited several of the company’s regular customers providing them with cold drinks and snacks and chatting with them for a bit before moving on to the next customer.
“I love doing things like this for our company! Getting out to see customers for no reason other than to just say hello is one of my favorite parts of the job. In the past 13 years with Mid-States Utility I have learned that there is so more to our relationships than just buying and selling products and services,” says Mark Golden.
Mark and Jeff both hold true to the company’s motto that, “It’s all about the people.” A message that the company’s founder, Jim Keizer, left to remind us how important it is to see a company as far more than just buyers and sellers. Everyone, customers and employees alike, are important to every business and should be treated as such.
