Mid-States Utility Trailer Sales, Inc. is seeking an experienced Maintenance Tech/Custodian to join our Team in Sioux City, IA.

Key Responsibilities:

• Interior and exterior maintenance of building and grounds
• Source outside vendors to complete contracted maintenance/repairs
• Maintain and keep a clean and organized maintenance shop and other work areas
• Regular janitorial services including, all restrooms, breakrooms, flooring and trash removal.
• Participation in Safety Training and monthly Safety meetings
• Other duties may be assigned

Qualifications:

• 2+ years’ maintenance work experience or equivalent required
• General knowledge of HVAC and/or boiler system required
• General plumbing and electrical knowledge required
• 1+ years’ janitorial experience preferred

Valid operator’s license with a satisfactory motor vehicle record
