Sioux Falls Store Warranty Administrator Receives Compliments

Here at Mid-States Utility Trailer Sales, Inc. we rarely like to brag. However, sometimes we receive word regarding one of our employees that we just have to share. Recently, we received two compliments from Sal Molina, Manager of Field Service, and Korey Rundquist, Field Service Manager-Central Region. Both work for Utility Trailer Manufacturing Co. The comments were in regards to the efforts that our warranty administrators, particularly Jackie Jones from our Sioux Falls location, puts into ensuring our customers are taken care of.

Korey stated, “I work with numerous service departments and staff daily throughout the Utility dealer network, and Jackie is one of the best at what she does.   Jackie provides my team with the required essential information for processing claims in an efficient, smooth, timely manner. By initially providing this information up front, it helps both Mid-States and Utility take care of our valued mutual customers quickly, eliminating the time consuming back-and-forth between the customer, dealer, and UTM warranty. Jackie is top-notch and is one of the key reasons that Mid-States is a success.”

In addition, Sal reported “I will second that because Jackie’s reporting is detailed, easy to understand and good pictures are taken. If all our Dealers were as professional our job in Field Service would be easier and response time faster – good info is Key to Response Time! Job Well Done!”
