Omaha Parts and Service Showroom Receives a Makeover
You might recall last year the Omaha store performed a bit of a makeover of its service shop, adding a new paint job, individual tech workstations complete with cabinets and work benches, and a remodeled and reorganized tool bay for the various saws and parts washer.
Well, beginning last August 1st the Parts and Service showroom received a huge makeover as well. Not only did the entire space receive a spruced up paint job but the parts and service counters were split up creating separate counters for each. Adding to the wow factor, both counters were totally redone to look like the sides and ends of a Utility trailer complete with actual working lighting similar to our Sioux Falls store. In addition a small driver’s lounge was added with seating and a vending machine for drivers that are waiting for their service work to complete. Also added to the walls were new decaling directing customers to the specific departments along with part vendor logos. Prominent on the rear parts wall is Jim Keizer’s favorite quote, “It’s all about the people!” Work on the remodeling project lasted until the middle of September with a Grand Opening celebration being planned for January.
