Here at Mid-States Utility we encourage our employees to develop their skills. Last week another two Mid-States Utility Trailer Sales employees graduated out of the legendary “Skills For Success” Dale Carnegie Training Course. Our Inventory Controller Clint Huffman, along with our Service Manager Zach Fritz both graduated with flying colors. The internationally recognized program for was founded in 1912 and is now taught in more than 90 countries.
Kyle Price, Skills For Success Course Tutor, was very impressed with the progress both Clint and Zach made. He said about Zach: “Zach brought the energy each and every week. It was a running joke that Zach always wanted to go first for all the reports. And while we had a good time giving him a hard time about it, it was evidence of his leadership ability. Zach is someone that knows how to be a leader versus be a boss.”
Kyle congratulated Clint: “Clint is authentic and instantly credible. He is willing to open up and talk about difficult situations he has been through. This brings instant trust. Clint understands the value of real communication and that in order to get things done, it is much easier to go talk to someone face-to-face versus email or text.”
Our Omaha branch Mid-States Utility Operational Director Mark Golden said “We invest in our employees, nurture leaders that will encourage others and motive our team. Clint and Zach have done an amazing job and I am very proud them!”
