Zach Fritz (Service Dept. & Warranty Administrator) , Jennifer Blum (Mobile Service Manager) and Mark Golden (Director of Service and Parts)

Mid-States Utility Trailer Sales are excited to announce several promotions at the Omaha branch!  The new changes will better position the branch in the marketplace as well as improve efficiencies and profitability.  With much excitement, we announce that Mark Golden is taking on the newly created position of Director of Service and Parts.  Mark joined Mid-States Utility Trailer Sales in 2006 as a shop technician, and within two years grew the mobile service department from a single part time truck to a full 24-hour mobile service provided by state-of-the-art Peterbilt trucks. Over the years with Mid-States Utility Trailer Sales Mark has again and again proven that he has the vision to drive change, build on our employees’ knowledge and experience, and improve our offering to customers.

Mark says: “We are excited to venture into this new program. We look forward to further integrating parts and service as a team, growing the night shift into full staff and having a consistent face for customers and employees alike to turn to in a time of need. This process will focus on positive change as well as team building. Along with these changes doors will open for employee’s to grow and see the value of a long term career with our company. I am proud to have been chosen to take on this task and look forward to meeting and working with new people.”

Mark will be working to coordinate our parts and service departments to improve our service to customers as a joint operation. Mark will also be helping coordinate the reduction of company wide service consumables and shop supply expenses as well as looking at company wide mobile service strategies in the future.

In addition to the change in Mark’s title, duties, and responsibilities, Jennifer Blum and Zach Fritz are also taking on new roles in the Omaha branch.

Jennifer Blum has been promoted to Mobile Service Manager, moving mobile service to the front lines. We have waited for someone to come along with the perfect attitude, heart and self-starting personality to manage such a diverse department. Jennifer has proven time and time again that she is that person. Jennifer has been doing the majority of the Mobile Service work orders and dispatching for some time now and I am positive that her determination and positive attitude will put the trucks back into the front lines in a quick manor.

Zach Fritz has been promoted to Service Dept. & Warranty Administrator, handling most of the day to day operations in service, working hand in hand with customers and the parts department to ensure smooth transactions for our customers. Zach’s focus beyond day to day operations will be bringing new positive growth to the Omaha service department. Zach brings a younger perspective to the team and relates well with our younger employee’s as well as customers.
