Mid-States Utility Trailer Sales Opens Newly Remodeled Showroom

Mid-States Utility Trailer Sales Omaha held the Grand Opening of their newly remodeled showroom last Friday, January 13th. The Grand Opening was launched by David Brown, President and Chief Executive Officer of the Greater Omaha Chamber of Commerce, with a ribbon cutting ceremony by the owners of Mid-States Utility Trailer Sales, Shane Keizer and Stacy Bricker.

Bob Elsasser, the General Manager of Mid-States Utility Trailer Sales Omaha, says: “It was a privilege to show off our new facilities to our guests on Friday. We are very proud of the work that has been done. The remodel work was completed on our parts shop and service departments, giving these areas a significantly more contemporary look but also making these spaces safer and more efficient. Our parts and service departments now have individual work stations and improved lighting. Our parts and service counters were completely redone using the sides of 3000R and 4000D-X Utility models! A driver’s lounge was also created with seating and a vending machine for drivers who are waiting for their service work to be completed. We also added to our walls new decaling directing customers to the specific departments, along with part vendor logos. We have also added a machine bay and centralized all cutting and machine duties. Prominent on the parts wall is our motto “It’s all about the people!”, a favorite quote of our founder Jim Keizer and a motto which reflects the philosophy of Mid-States Utility Trailer Sales.  Mid-States Utility Trailer Sales are again leading in innovation; besides our new workshop we also launched a brand new website last week to help our customers better navigate our products and services. We will also be adding an online parts shop this year, a project which we are hugely excited about.”

Grand Opening guests included Jim White, National Sales Manager at Utility Trailer Aftermarket Parts, Matthew Boccher, Regional Sales Manager at Utility Trailer Aftermarket Parts, Doug Donscheski, Director of Safety, Training and Membership Development at the Nebraska Trucking Association, representatives from Kinedyne, Federal Mogul, Majestic Synthetic, Sandhills Publishing, and more than a hundred of key customers and partners of Mid-States Utility Trailer Sales.
