Mid-States Utility Employee Earns the Dale Carnegie Breakthrough Award

Congratulations to our Omaha Service Writer / Warranty Coordinator Adrian Westcott on receiving the Dale Carnegie Breakthrough Award! She attends the legendary “Skills For Success” eight week leadership skills course along with her two colleagues, Ariel Drasney and Jake Riesberg. The course was designed over 100 years ago and has become the flagship program for leadership training all around the world. This learn-by-doing based program for individuals was founded in 1912 and is now taught in more than 90 countries.

Zach Fritz, our Omaha Service Manager and Adrian’s manager said: “We could not be more proud of Adrian for receiving the Breakthrough Award. She is a key member of our service team. It is great to see her make such huge leaps and apply her learning in her workplace so quickly.”
