Our Sioux City location is planning to open an expanded facility along Harbor Drive, eight miles to the south of our current location in the 3200 block of Highway 75. As part of our relocation and expansion, we also plan to add 12 new workers to our current staff of 45! Our new 55,000 square facility at 5200 Harbor Drive will have two-floor offices for sales, a showroom for truckers to purchase parts, and also an open-bay area for servicing and maintenance.

The project is forecast to cost $7 to $8 million and will double the size of the company’s service and parts areas. Earlier this month Sioux City’s Planning and Zoning Commission voted 5-0 to approve a final plat for the development of the property. “We’re excited to grow in Sioux City,” Shane Keizer said. “We’re happy to be along the interstate and get some more exposure, as well. Our goal is to open our new facility by June 1, 2018”.
