Keizer Refrigeration and Transport Refrigeration of South Dakota

When it comes to the needs of our customers, there is not a lot we will not do. Take for example, recently two of our technicians at Keizer Refrigeration worked on a difficult unit repair on a rail car.  The rail car was one that our customer, Union Pacific Railroad, had retrofitted to fit the refrigeration unit. The difficulty lied in space required to work on the unit if it needed repair. In the pictures below you can see that to do certain work on the unit it entailed lifting it up out of the car, repairing it, and then hoisting it back into place. In the one photo you can just see the tops of our techs’ heads sticking above the car as they hook up the hoist to the unit. Last year, these same two techs worked on installing an automated power unit on a working dredge boat as it plied the waters of a gravel pit. All this goes to show that our techs have the training and knowledge to assist you with your transport refrigeration needs!
