As a company that’s been dubbed as “essential” it’s important that, during this time of difficulty, that we maintain not only the highest of safety and sanitary moderation possible, but also to maintain morale within the company. Our Omaha location found an incredibly creative way to do just that.

One of our employees, Crystal Reed, had to become an art teacher last night, she was talking about how hard it was to draw a bunny and a turkey with her daughter. With the recent COVID-19 situation being a bummer we decided to bump up morale and have some fun with a pizza lunch and Turkey drawing contest.

We had many submissions from all departments however in the end it came down to pure raw skill.

First place ribbon and $10 was Danny Foster “Trailer Tech.”

Second place ribbon was Kory Huwaldt “Parts Sales.”

Third Place ribbon was Roy Mellow “Painter.”

And finally, the prize for most realistic turkey went to Kyle Bugge “Lead Maintenance Engineer.”

As you can see from the pictures, our Omaha location also made sure to end the competition with a pizza party to really boost everyone’s spirits. With all the fear that’s been going around the world, it’s nice to take some time to just have a little fun and entertainment to keep everyone’s spirits high. We appreciate everyone in our Omaha branch who not only planned this unexpected and incredibly creative contest, but all those who participated as well to give everyone’s spirits an opportunity to be lifted.
